Fue en este escenario pintoresco y lleno de historia donde el pan de queso, esta maravilla gastron\u00f3mica, hizo su primera aparici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Alrededor del a\u00f1o 1750, cuando la agricultura de Minas Gerais comenz\u00f3 a especializarse en la producci\u00f3n de leche y sus derivados, naci\u00f3 lo que se convertir\u00eda en uno de los \u00edconos m\u00e1s amados de la cocina brasile\u00f1a: el P\u00e3o de Queijo. En esa \u00e9poca, Minas Gerais, debido a su distancia geogr\u00e1fica de la costa, consum\u00eda poca harina, un producto importado. Sin embargo, la regi\u00f3n era abundante en yuca, una ra\u00edz nativa del continente y la materia prima del almid\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los primeros panes de queso eran una verdadera obra maestra de la simplicidad y la creatividad. Recortes endurecidos de queso, conocidos como \u00abgrosa\u00bb, se mezclaban con el almid\u00f3n, resultando en una masa que, una vez formada en peque\u00f1as bolas y horneada, se transformaba en algo divino. Pero la historia no termin\u00f3 ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Con el tiempo, se incorporaron ingredientes adicionales a la receta original para enriquecer a\u00fan m\u00e1s su textura y sabor. Huevos y leche, igualmente abundantes en la regi\u00f3n, fueron introducidos, elevando el pan de queso a un nivel a\u00fan m\u00e1s sublime. Se trata del ritual de prepararlo, de reunir a la familia alrededor de la mesa, de compartir historias mientras se forma cuidadosamente cada bolita. Se trata del aroma irresistible que llena la casa cuando los panecillos dorados salen del horno, anunciando que la felicidad est\u00e1 a punto de ser saboreada.<\/p>\n<p>El sitio web de gastronom\u00eda TasteAtlas eligi\u00f3 el pan de queso como el tercer mejor desayuno del mundo. La lista fue publicada en abril de 2023 y, seg\u00fan el portal, recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 17.000 rese\u00f1as, de las cuales unas 11.000 fueron validadas.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, el pan de queso es mucho m\u00e1s que una simple delicia regional. Es un s\u00edmbolo de la riqueza culinaria de Brasil, un recuerdo de tiempos pasados que a\u00fan vive y prospera en cada pedacito de esta deliciosa golosina.
